This tater tot frittata has all the lovely green things—asparagus, zucchini, and peas—plus a creamy herb dressing for drizzling or dipping.

Late summer, early fall...if only we could bottle it. At the very least, we can drop it into a bowl, cover it in cheese, and slurp it up.
